Control, Communication & Integrity
AutonomyThe LFR must operate completely autonomously without external communication or human control during a live run.
Wireless RestrictionNo wireless communication modules such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or RF are permitted in the LFR at any stage.
Approved MCUsMicrocontrollers with integrated wireless capabilities, such as ESP32, may be used only if wireless features are completely disabled and approved in advance by organizers with proper justification.
Custom BuildCommercially available readymade LFRs are strictly prohibited. LFRs must be designed, assembled, and programmed by the team. Buying, borrowing, or copying designs is illegal and results in disqualification.
Track SafetyRobots must not feature any part or mechanism that could damage, scratch, or discolor the arena track.

Gameplay & Operational Rules
ROUND 01ELIMINATION
CALIBRATION2 min
MAIN RUN3 min
Checkpoint skipping is strictly prohibited.
ROUND 02FINALS
CALIBRATION3 min
MAIN RUN5 min
1 checkpoint skip allowed (−100 pts).
Arena EntryTeams must enter the arena within 15 seconds of being called. Failure to do so automatically starts the calibration timer.
Post-Calibration PlacementAfter calibration ends, the LFR must be placed at the start point within 15 seconds, or the main timer begins automatically.
Team Leader RoleOnly the team leader is permitted in the LFR arena. All handling, clarifications, and inquiries must go through the team leader.
Submission & CalibrationLFRs must be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to match start. No hardware or software changes are permitted post-submission.
Restart PolicyMaximum 5 restarts permitted per round. Each restart incurs a 50-point penalty. The LFR restarts from the last successfully crossed checkpoint in the same orientation. Re-calibrating during a restart counts as an extra restart.
Touching RuleTouching the LFR during a live run causes an immediate forced restart.
Stall RuleIf the LFR remains stuck in place for over 10 seconds, a forced restart is issued.
Exhausted RestartsIf all 5 restarts are used, the team becomes ineligible for time bonus points, even if the LFR completes the course.
07
Scoring System
TOTAL SCORET + C + S + R + CS + P
Time Bonus (T)Bonus for finishing ahead of max round time(Total Round Time − Elapsed Time) × 1
Passing Checkpoint (C)Each successfully cleared checkpoint+100 / checkpoint
Stopping at End (S)Stopping inside the finish square+30 points
Restart Penalty (R)Each requested or forced restart−50 / restart
Checkpoint Skip (CS)Skipping 1 checkpoint in Finals−100 points
Perfect Run (P)Zero restarts during run+30 points
08
Deciding Factors & Tie-Breaker
01Primary Ranking
The team with the highest total score in the Final Round is declared the winner.
02Fewest Restarts
If total scores are tied, the team with the fewest combined restarts across both rounds ranks higher.
03Tie-Breaker Run
If still tied, a sudden-death tie-breaker run is held. The highest score in this run wins.
