Overview
THE CHALLENGE
BizMech National Case Competition 2026 invites student teams to solve real-world business and industry cases using analytical thinking, creativity and practical problem-solving.
THE JOURNEY
Teams compete through a written case report, an online video pitch and a live final pitch. Each round has a different case and is scored independently.

Eligibility & Team Composition

Undergraduate Students
Open to undergraduate students of recognized universities in Bangladesh. Final eligibility date is to be confirmed by organizers.

Teams of 2–4
Each team must have 2 to 4 members. Members may come from different universities.

One Team per Participant
A participant may belong to only one team. Duplicate registration may disqualify all teams involved.
Team LeaderEach team appoints one Team Leader who receives all official communication.
Team ChangesAfter registration closes, members cannot be added, removed or substituted without written organizer approval. The rulebook allows at most one replacement in exceptional circumstances.
Student VerificationOrganizers may request proof of student status at any stage. False information can lead to disqualification.

Rules, Ethics & Disqualification
Original WorkAll work must be the team's original work. Plagiarism can result in disqualification.
Outside HelpFaculty, seniors, mentors, alumni or other non-team members may not contribute to a solution.
AI UseAI tools may be used for research support, grammar and formatting only. Analysis, recommendations and ideas must be the team's own.
ConfidentialityCase materials must not be shared publicly or with other teams until the competition ends.
DisqualificationViolations may include anonymity breaches, plagiarism, false information, outside help, late submission, duplicate registration, disrespectful conduct or tampering with the competition process.

Registration PortalBizMech will use the existing MECHNOVATION registration portal. No separate registration portal will be created. The exact event selection and fee mapping will be connected after the portal configuration is confirmed.

ConfirmationThe rulebook states that registration is complete only after payment verification. Confirmation is expected by email within 24 hours of verification.
